Not a Microsoft Office problem - suggest you repost to a Windows group for wireless networking, or simply networking.

After furious head scratching, Sole Dog asked:

| network. Print jobs initiated from the laptop hang up in the print
| queue with a print error, and also show up on the desktop under the
