You will likely need to review what was installed and how. Was the repair done by the manufacturer? Who installed the operating system, the software?

when i click drawing pad whilst in work the drawing pad opens and i can write and insert the writing but instead of the ink bottle image i see a icon of a page with 2 cogs on it. when i click it instead of opening the writing pad it just clises the drawing pad and nothing else. also when i go to click on write anywhere it doesnt let me write either... i had this working in the past but my harddrive broke and had to be replaced. since i got my laptop back from repair with a brand new empty hardrive in it apart from the operating system installed i havent managed to get handwriting regocnition to work. i can only assume something is wrong with the install of what ever it is that contorlls the handwriting recognition because of the missing icon and not being able to write... can anyone help?
