Re: my fonts dont show up in the drop down menu

A failure for fonts to show up sometimes is the result of not having a printer installed. Even if you don't have a printer, Word needs to think there's one for it to have the needed information regarding available fonts, how they might print, etc.

When i click on the drop down menu for fonts, my fonts don't show up...the
only thing that shows up is an option to change the font to "Device Font
10cpi". i checked my computer and i have all the office fonts installed. how
do i get them to show back up in the drop down menu?
