Right-click on the Word or Excel or Outlook shortcut, choose to run the Office program as Administrator, accept the EULA, close the Office program, and then start the Office program normally.
If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".

After retiring my Windows XP box, I loaded Office 2003 on my new Vista machine. Everything works fine, except when I open any program, such as Excel, Word or Outlook, I continually get prompted to accept the EULA. Also when I'm in Outlook, each time I try to reply to an email, I am again reprompted to accept the EULA. I can see getting prompted once after installation, but this continuous prompting is irritating. How do I get it to stop?
Thanks.
