The Document Imaging application is not an Add-in. Is it in your Start,

Hi,
I followed your instructions and "run from my computer" and the program
said
it completed, but I can't find the add-on and still unable to open the MDI
file. I even tried rebooting to see if it pops up with no luck. I have
checked everywhere for this program and it's not visible. I have tried to
re-install couple fo times with no luck.
Any suggestions?

You need Microsoft Document Imaging. It is an Office application and not
installed by default. If you have a newer version of Office, insert the
setup
disk and install Microsoft Document Imaging by running all from my
computer.
