This is sniped from another response to a Q on how to completely remove;
you would probably need to repair your office 2003 installation after the
removal

Open the RTM issues page listed below. You'll find a KB there for the
complete removal of Office 2007 Beta. It works for the released version
too.
Note that the steps don't remove the non-version specific registry keys
in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office and HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office

I'm trying to uninstall trial versions of Office Publisher 2007 and Office
Standard 2007 and am having no luck. Any suggestions? I have a full
version
of Office 2003 which I am quite content with, except it's been acting a
little erratic since I tried the newer trial version. Any help wolud be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
