dear members,
pls assist to solve this problem: in our small office we are using
Outlook express to download our mails from a external server. many
times, many of us are unable to find anymail in the inbox whereas
another colleague of ours has downloaded all the mails on his PC. But
to prevent this, in the outlook ex. account properties, there is a
check box to "leave messages on the server for 3 or 5 days whatever
chosen".
But we are surprised to find every once in a while the check mark on
this box is removed from one of our PCs, as a result that particular PC
downloads all mails leaving nothing on the server!
How this can be solved? How to keep that check mark permanently there?
Pls help as none of us have been able to remove this problem.
