Outlook Express is not a part of Office. Try posting your question in an OE newsgroup - I'll bet someone over then can help.

When I first login to windows and start OE, everything works/connects and I
can retrieve and send email. If I then log out of windows and then log back
in (not turn off pc, just log out of my user) I get an error message when OE
tries to connect to the servers 0x800CCC0E. It has something to do with my
available ports but I can't figure out what is changing when I log out.
Then, if I RESTART my computer, it works/connects again....something is
resetting but all info in properties is the same. Please help.
I checked microsoft's website and found an article about this error but it
didn't really help.
Thanks for any ideas.
