Does it actually freeze totally or does it come back after waiting 10-15 mins?
What kind of email account do you have?
Do Word and Excel freeze with Outlook closed (no Outlook process in task manager)?
Windows XP or Vista?

Tried the update but has changed little. Outlook still freezes.

Any other ideas.

I have re run diagnostics and there is no problem reported with anything else?
