in addition to the other suggestions:
the overall resolution of the monitor
can be changed as well.
it you go to the "display control panel"
then under the settings tab you can
increase the entire viewing area by
selecting a "lower screen resolution".
the mouse can also be altered in
a beneficial manner as well via
the mouse control panel and selecting
a different mouse scheme

I have just updated to MS Office 2007 and due to poor eyesight and also
disabbled I am having trouble finding the Help button and also how do change
from Blue web page.
Can anyone help please
