Well i dont have a CAD program and it want to do some basic
dimensioning and drawing. Is it possible using the latest version of
office?

Is it possible to pull up a graphing paper in word or excel and then
use some functions like drawing an axis positioning some objects like
circle? I am talking about using some basic functions of CAD in MS
word or excel. Thanks.
