Office 2007 Home & Student from 2003 Professional?

I currently use the 2003 Professional version, and am pretty satisifed
with it. I'm also a sutdent, and use OneNote a lot; which is the
reason why I would like to update to 2007 Home & Student (through my
university it would cost me less than a stand-alone OneNote 2007). Is
that possible for me to upgrade from a 2003 Pro version to a 2007 Home
and Studnet, and maintain the Outlook and Publisher functioanlity
(they are not included in the 2007 H&S relase)? Thanks.
