I don't have the kind of money it would take to fight Microsoft's lawyers.
If you don't want to "pander with MS EULAs", then use Corel's software or
Open Office.

What exactly does the terms "sole use of ONE person" mean? In legal
sense a company is a person, a church is a person and a club is a
person. We are not talking of INDIVIDUALS" which means exactl that!!
Employees are only the organs of corporates and church and clubs. If
the OP needs a good lawyer then look no further then yours sincerely!!
My advice is not bad. It is time people should stop pandering with MS
EULAs and all that nonsense and come to reality of life. EULAs are not
law; they are simply agreements and can be challenged at court of law.
Just like contracts can be challenged if they contain unfair terms
giving advantage to one party to the contract.

That's a really bad piece of advice. Although it's technically true, one
copy can be loaded on two systems for the sole use of the ONE person and
never at the same time.
