That's a really bad piece of advice. Although it's technically true, one
copy can be loaded on two systems for the sole use of the ONE person and
never at the same time.

As a rough guide, a retail license (as opposed to OEM license) you can
install one copy on TWO systems - Desktop/portable.
However, if you have more than 5 systems then you may want to enquire
about volume licensing programs and discounts for not for profit
organizations.
