Hi Beth,
The Sysinternals website has been migrated to MS Technet since the MS acquisition. The process explorer is available from
http://microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/ProcessExplorer.mspx
The basic http://sysinternals.com will redirect to
http://microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/
but it doesn't appear that the individual former product pages do so.

If I'm not mistaken it's a COM Add-in and it's one that is specific to the
machine instead of the user. Only those that are user-specific will display
in the COM Add-ins dialog box. That being the it can be difficult to find.
The following may help pinpoint it:
Download the Process Explorer from:
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml
- Start Word
- Run the Process Explorer utility
- In the upper pane select Winword.exe
- Locate the "View DLLs" command in the Toolbar (if you see View Handles
then View DLLs is already in use)
- In the lower pane see if you can locate DLLs for your device (such as
Belkin - there may be more than one so hopefully the Description will help
you out.)
- Locate the path for the DLL in a column on the right
- Once found exit Word and rename the DLL to prevent it from loading.
Note it is best to rename the file extension rather than the file name.
Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
