what might help is to open that
scanned document in whatever program
works for you, then print it to the Fax Printer.
This will convert and prepare the
doc for faxing. The coverpage option will
be provided there as well...

Please advise how I can transmit more than the cover page with MS
FaxWizard.
I scanned in a document and saved it then inserted it when I previewed the
faxwizard but only the cover page transmitted.
