search in office 2007 not finding anything?

I have been trying out the new office 2007 Pro for a week.

Today in Outlook I tried the search. When I typed out a word that I new
existed in an email search still could not find anything?

IE: I have a folder called "saved" where I keep all my saved stuff. If in the search box I type something I know what is there search cannot find it???

"Am I doing anything wrong"?
