You need to click those red Xs (e.g. the one for Outlook), and then select install all (or whatever it is called).

I would like to have 2007 but right now neither works. I can't even go to
change in the add/remove screen to try to fix 2003. In 2007 I get red Xs on
all the Outlook programs and add-ins. In other words installing 2007
completely screwed up 2003 and 2007 Outlooks.
