Re: Unable to access Office 2007 files, HELP!

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Trial versions will be available for download December 1.
Till then, install your copy of Office 2003 and install the RTM Compatibility Pack with it.

Problem. When Beta wouldn't open my files anymore I uninstalled it and don't
have the original download (I like a clean house, my mistake). My business
partner had it and copied it to a disk for me but it saves on my computer as
a technical refresh.!?

I tried to do a system restore but the little calendar only shows November,
won't let me scroll back to October, and doesn't show any restore points at
all for Nov even though everything seems to be on. Honestly I didn't even
know I had restore points. HOw do you make a restore point, for future
reference?

How the heck am I going to access my files before Feb when I can buy a copy
of the new office suite?????
