MS Office online (http://office.microsoft.com
is the 'how to' 'learn to' and 'get more' 'stay up to date' component of the MS Office products. It includes online versions of the
help files, template downloads and more
MS Office Live is a separate group and product offering they have their own newsgroups and product available through
http://officelive.com . Depending on which package of the OfficeLive offerings you sign up for then it can be similar to the Google
Docs offering, although the MS Office sharepoint products would probably be a closer comparison.
http://microsoft.com/office/sharepoint, especially once Office 2007 is the released version, but they generally rely on having a MS
Office product installed on the computer you're working from.

I am asking microsoft some simple questions.

Browsing the "Office Online" website particularly, you have to navigate through a lot of content (rich multi media et all), but the
question still remains unanswered.
As Ray Ozzie would put it, "complexity kills". So can someone please answer my question(s)?
