looks like I need to re-order the CDs (I did purchase the full 2002 Package
from Microsoft). How would I reorder?
Thanks

I phrased that poorly - and we're both confused.

You said you have the "edu package" of Office 2000 and that you have the
CDs. Then you said you download a trial version of Office XP (AKA 2002) and
then bought that license when the trial expired. Now you need to reformat
but don't want to pay again.

1. If you have the CDs for 2000, why don't you install that?
2. If you purchased a full version of Office XP, you should have the CDs. If
you don't, you can get replacement CDs *if* you purchased your copy of
Office XP from Microsoft. They aren't free but they aren't anything close to
the price of Office.
3. Office XP is no longer available except thru something like eBay. Office
2003 is the latest version.
