You will have to go through the joy of removing all Office 2007 applications, reinstalling them as Beta 2 (including the German language pack) and then patching them to B2TR.
Note that you'll have to install the full English B2TR (400+ MB), the full German B2TR (400+ MB) and the TR patch for the German language pack (130+ MB).
There is a section with links to the B2TR downloads on my B2TR issues page. The German single language pack, you'll have to find in MSDN.
