Re: Excel and Outlook Printing

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

uninstall the printer driver and ensure the printers are deleted from
the control panel and unplug them...

then reboot,
then do an office repair.....
then reboot
then plug your printer into pc and await for
recognition...
try you print job again...
(be sure your printer device/driver is winxp, if windows
doensn't provide a generic one)

Hi All.

I am having a really strange problem with Excel and Outlook.
When i try to print it does not recognise any printers with error.
"Printing is not available, There are no printer installed, You can select
and configure a printer from the control panel"
I go to printers and there are bout 20 installed.
When I print through Word it works fine.
I should mention this is office 2003 fully updated on windows 2003 fully
Service packed. this is a terminal server.

Please help its driving me crazy

Thanks
