Dear Bob,
Based on my research, this behavior is by design. When we insert comment in
a Word document, the Print what dropdown list in the print dialog is set to
"document showing markup" by default. You need to select "document"
manually in the Print what dropdown list in the print dialog.
In the meantime, we are very interested in your thoughts and opinions for
improvements that we can make to provide the features and functionality you
and your customers would like to see.
