Browsing Very Slow
Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
Hi:
I have Office XP installed on Windows XP with latest service pack and
fixes for both. Anytime I try to open files in Exce or Word, or Insert
an attachment into an email, browsing through the file system is
extremely slow from within the File Open dialog within the Office
program. I double click on a folder and it takes 10 seconds to open and
display the contents of that folder. This does not happen in other
non-Office programs.
Any idea what is going on, or ways to troubleshoot this?
Thanks,
Kayda
