My printer is Epson C460.
I knew that it may be caused by the printer. I have tried to create one
printer with generic printer, but do not how to set.

I find that most fonts in excel and word has disappeared. Only a three to
four fonts remains there. Even the Times New Roman is also disappeared.
However, I can locate all the fonts in Safe Mode. Do you know how to
solve the problem?
