MS Speech was first introduced in Office, but it's really a Windows feature. For Windows Vista the Windows folks have reclaimed it
and it will work in the 2007 Office System and now in other parts of Windows as well. Speech for Vista has some new features and
loses a couple it had in Office.

I am very disappointed to see that speech playback has been removed from
Office. I believe that all 2007 Office applications should feature speech
playback and I hope you re-consider this feature before the final release. >>
