Office ClipArt Organizer Error - Error Code 0x80040231

I'm unable to use most of the ClipArt supplied by the Office Suite (I have
Office Professional 2003).
When I try to open clipart in any of the programs, I get an error code
0x80040231. If I click OK the organizer task pane opens, but many of the
graphics are unavailable to me - it will keep asking for me to insert my CD
(which doesn't work, if I do insert it). Also, I can't download any clipart
from the Microsoft site - I get the same error code on downloads when it
tries to put them in the ClipArt Organizer. Anyone have any ideas on this?
