Re: OFFICELIVE: How to access email in an Office Live Basic service

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

If MSFT says they have elevated the issue to their support team, then I
would wait to hear from that support team. Microsoft does not lurk here as
a rule so you are better off interfacing directly with the Office Live! Team
than this newsgroup.

After furious head scratching, williams2006 asked:

| I am pleased to report I may not be a complete idiot. According to
| Office Live Support, via email, "a few of our other valuable
| customers have also notified up about this issue. This issue has been
| escalated to Microsoft Office Live Product Research team and they are
| working diligently to determine a solution."
|
| Man, I expect a few bugs when trying out a beta, but this seems to be
| a major goof. One of the main reasons for setting up a website is to
| have email services seamlessly integrated with the site. D'oh!
|
| How about an update Bob, or any MVP?

||| Hi EGB,

||| For Officelive Basic Microsoft provides direct support by email,

||| Collaboration or Officelive Essentials accounts you'll also find
