Re: calling card dialing rules

Is this using the Windows XP Fax Service or a third party fax program?

After furious head scratching, Pat asked:

| I tried to send fax using dialing rules with a calling card but the
| program just dials the fax number ignoring the dialing rules. I went
| to help it send go to my computer right click hit "manage" go to
| services find fax clikck it and change the user. When I do that
| either the fax just won't start saying log on failure or if I try
| another user it starts but then when I try to send a fax I get " no
| submit security permission fax will close" the only way the fax will
| work is if its log on is local system. But then again the dialing
| rules are ignored.
