I'd be willing to bet my last dollar that Bob is not a Microsoft employee.
'Softies do not usually visit these newsgroups. And even if they did, your
original post did not mention a specific Office-related issue so they
probably would not have commented.
If you have issues with documentation, then I'd suggest that you search the
MS website for an email address, mailing address, or phone number and
contact the company directly. You're more likely to get some sort of a
response (even a canned one) if you submit your questions/issues to the
right channels.
