Cannot Acquire CSP popup when open Office apps

Hi,
Everytime when I open Office apps such as Outlook, Word, Powerpoint...
etc, a window pop-up "Cannot Acquire CSP. Object already exists." What
is it and how to fix it?
Please advise.
