What's missing is the "whatever". As in "MS XP says it can't downoad the
file because it doesn't have the whatever to do it." The part of that
statement holds the key to your solution.
Since it isn't an Office question, I would recommend posting it in the Adobe
Reader newsgroup but make sure you fill in the "whatever" part. Good luck
