A couple of reasons why you get the Relaying denied error,
Your not authenticating against the SMTP server - this setting is in the
Properties of the email account on the Outgoing Server Tab.
Your trying to send an email across a connection where the email address you
are sending from hasn't or isn't part of that hosting environment, i.e. your
on a BT connection and you are trying to send from a email account that is
hosted by Demon Internet.
