Hi Bob,

MS Office FrontPage 2003 does appear in Add/Remove programs.

Here is the strange thing, I can copy random text from word and then
paste that text into another word doc and it works fine. If I paste
that same text into a text editor like notepad or textpad, then copy
that text from the text editor and try and paste it back into word, it
gives the error I describe above. Is there potentially a text
importer/converter that got dropped during the SP2 upgrade?

I'll try the tool you mention see if that does the trick.
