The latest version that would work is Microsoft Office XP (version 2002).
You can find the Microsoft Office XP System Requirements here:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/previous/xp/sysreqs.asp
For Windows NT 4.0, you will need to install Service Pack 6 (SP6) and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 (or
later) BEFORE attempting to install Microsoft Office XP.
Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a High Encryption (128-bit)

To find out what version of Microsoft Windows you have and what Service Packs (if any) are installed, follow
these steps:
Click "Start" (a.k.a. the Start Menu).
Point to "Settings".
Click on "Control Panel".
Double-click on "System".
Click on the "General" tab.
Review the information and click "OK" when done.
Alternatively, you can hold the Windows Key and press Pause|Break key on your keyboard to get to the System
Control Panel quicker.
Oh and by the way... you can release the Windows Key after you have pressed the Pause|Break key.
To find out what version of Microsoft Internet Explorer is installed, follow these steps:
Click "Start" (a.k.a. the Start Menu).
Point to "Programs".
Click on "Internet Explorer".
In Microsoft Internet Explorer, click "Help" then click "About Internet Explorer".
Review the information and click "OK" when done.
NOTE 1: Microsoft Internet Explorer DOES NOT need to be your default browser, it just needs to be installed.
NOTE 2: The Windows Key is the key on your keyboard that has the Windows logo on it. It is located in between
the Ctrl (control) key and the Alt key. Keep in mind that not all keyboards have a Windows Key on them.
