It's "copying" - it's one of the words that *DOESN'T lose the 'y' before you
add '-ing', otherwise it's the present participle of 'cope'.

Re: C# and encodings ... I tried both encodings, and when using UTF-8, I also called GetPreamble ...Notepad, it accepted them, saved them and loaded them just fine... ... Did you pick character codes that actually are valid code points? ... try to get the glyph for that codepoint from the selected font as ... (microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.csharp)
