Who never answered your email? This is a peer support forum with no one
*required* to answer requests for assistance with as little information as
you supply.
Version of Outlook? If 98 or 2000, transport? Email account installed and
tested if 2002 or 2003?
Really, getting peeved at not receiving an answer to such a generic and
non-helpful post is a little much.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
