Where are Office Data file icons?

I've just been reinstalling all my software after upgrading from Windows 2000
to XP Pro (upgrade failed and left the computer unable to boot up, so I had
to do a clean install). As far as Office is concerned this involves a minimal
installation of Windows 95 (full edition purchased) and an upgrade to Office
2000 (only upgrade purchased).
For some reason the icons for all types of Office Data files .pst, .rzw,
..fad, .ost, and a load of others have all been set to a default Windows
document icon. If I go from Explorer into Folder Options > File Types >
Advanced and try to Change Icon it gives an error message "Windows cannot
find the file misc.exe".
Where are the default icons for Office 2000 data files? Is there an easy way
to reset the default icons for these file types?
Grateful for any help.
