re:Handwriting in Microsoft Word XP

Sorry for taking a long time to reply, been busy here.
Anyway, yes, the Office pack for Tablet PCs is installed on the tablet
I'm using. I've tried going to Add/Remove programs and selecting
"Change" under office XP, then going to alternate input and
installing the handwriting option, but this hasn't worked for me no
matter how many times I try it.
The main problem is the fact that "Handwriting" and "Write Anywhere"
do not appear on the language bar even though they should be. I have
checked the sttings and both are installed, but I cannot access the
properties of either of them.
Edit:
Also, if anyone knows if there is a way to automatically convert ink
to text in Word or Windows Journal, I'd love to know how. The client
this tablet is going to wants hers to be set up this way.
