ugh, hopefully someone can suggest where to look for more info as to what's happening ( a log file?)
i assume this "msoffice.exe" is the office "wrapper" app that gets installed into the Startup folder.
but.. how many are running in task manager?
also, (if this is that "wrapper") what if you take the msoffice.exe out of your win startup folder (then also, kill it in task manager
or just restart win afresh)
