So... What's wrong with a shortcut to C: and whatever other partitions you
have on your hard drive, then? I don't get the "pain in the ass." Any folder
in that shortcut pane can be expanded the same way they can be expanded in
Windows Explorer. Do you have a different way of navigating your hard drive?
To add to Gyorgy's suggestion, you can have Picture Manager take over file
associations from Tools> File Types... within Picture Manager.
