How do I get past Install "Error 1311"

I was uploading the Office 2003 Basic Software and on the BASIC11N file I got
a "Error 1311. Source file not found D:\ZF561407.CAB. Check to see if file is
available then press RETRY" Pressing retry does not solve the problem. How do
I get past it?
