Actually, Mike, you're missing the point completely. The correct answer is
that the numbskull bought a Dell and didn't check its options carefully.
Dell ships WPO as standard and charges extra for Office. Had they wanted
Office they should have chosen it when they purchased the system (an extra
US$279). But they didn't, so now they're whining.
It's their own fault. And I don't believe FG is compatible with PP.
