Yes, my ISP webmail displays the message and attachments correctly. The
problem occurs when its downloaded to my mail program. At the moment I'm
leaving a copy of all my mail on the server to preserve the attached files.
How do I locate the block list? It would be odd if doc. and jpg files were on
the block list as I've done nothing to change any of the settings. It all
worked fine up until a few days ago. By the way... thanks so much for your
response :o). I truly appreciate your time and effort. I'm happy to follow
further direction and instruction :o).

The emails either begin with: X-Default-Received-SPF: fail (Last token
{-all} (res=FAIL)) client-ip=70.84.236.130;
         envelope-from=<sa_harris@dccnet.com>; or X-Default-Received-SPF: pass
(Last token {mx/16} (res=PASS)) client-ip=68.142.198.104;
         envelope-from=<saharris54@yahoo.com>;

Don't know if that helps or means anything :o).
Thanks heaps! sandra harris
