Edition on your new computer - it is OEM and, as such is tied forever to
your old system and may *NOT* be installed on any other.

The OEM limitations are as follows: -

 - Tied to original hardware
 - Vendor-only support
 - Non-transferable (unless original hardware is also transferred).

Really?! If that's the case, then you should advertise your old computer on
eBay - and I'd love to see a scan of that box! - you'd make enough to
retire! Office XP SBE does *NOT* contain PowerPoint - never has. You may
have had PowerPoint on your old system, but it was nothing whatsoever to do
with the SBE.
