IPv6 generally relates to the Network Internet protocol layer.
Generally MS Office's connection through the Internet
is through services and applications provided by Windows,
not on its own. You'll find information on current
Microsoft IPv6 work and Windows implementations of it here

There is also MS discussion newsgroup for IPv6 (links below)
for furtner information.
