     Simply, the feature that you're trying to use doesn't exist on your
version of the software package. Are you using the student version of
Office? Are you using the standard version and trying to access something
only available on the professional version? You could try reinstalling
Office and using the Custom (or Advanced) option so that you can specify the
exact features to be loaded to your system.
