After furious head scratching, Stacy asked:
| I am using outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. I created AD accounts for
| our conference rooms and want to set them up to be used as resources.
| I logged in as the resource and opened outlook 2003, Options, Calander
| options, resource scheduling. The only two check marks I have are
| the first two. (the one that declines recurring meeting is not
| checked). When I went to test it and send the meeting requested I
| received the following error "conference room declined your meeting
| because it is recurring. You must book each meeting seperately with
| this resource"
| This was not configured as recurring. When I went into the
| conference room calander, the meeting was there.
| I cant seem to find any solution to this problem
