Thanks for posting here.

Can you let us know the following more details?

1. If you do not access it from a Terminal session, will the problem occur?
2. If you doesn't open it from a web folder in IE but from a common file
share, will the problem occur?
3. If the file is not put in a user's profile but any other folder with
blank name in path, will the problem occur?

At the same time, we will try to do some further test to reproduce this
issue.

If possible, please let us know the exact steps you have tested to
reproduce this issue.
